*Q. What process do you use to print the t-shirts?*
*A.* We use direct to garment printing, a digital process that sprays a fine layer of inks directly on to the shirt. The printed is lightweight and very breathable, yet very colorfast and will last the life of the garments.
*Q. Is it safe for the environment?*
*A.* YES! The inks are water based and the process doesn't require any special chemicals for cleaning or fixing like traditional silk screening. Because the process is so accurate 10,000 prints produces less than 2 cups waste.
*Q. How long does it take to receive the shirts I order?*
*A.* We ship via USPS Priority Mail either same day or next business day from San Diego California so depending on where you are in the US, figure on about a week to be safe.
*Q. Do you ship overseas? How long does it take and how much?*
*A.* Yes we do! Rates and times vary depending on your location. At checkout after you put in your shipping information you'll be able to choose shipping options and the costs will be displayed.
*Q. What forms of payment do you accept?*
*A.* All of our payments are processed securely through PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal payments and bank transfers. There are no additional fees to you for paying though PayPal.
*Q. I don't have/want a PayPal account. How can I pay for my order?*
*A.* You can either sign up for a PayPal account at checkout (it's free!) or on the left side of the PayPal screen where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" click *continue* to pay without setting one up.
*Q. I live in/will be visiting the San Diego area, can I pick up the shirts in person?*
*A.* Sure! We're located at the corner of 5th and Quince in Banker's Hill and are open from 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday. If you want to make sure we have the shirt you want in stock, you can call ahead at 619-291-1910 and ask for Dave or Dave.
